Harley Cobb, MS, RD, LD (she/her)
Sarah “Harley” Cobb—who goes by Harley—graduated from the University of Georgia with both her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences. Upon graduation, Harley made the move to Austin and planted roots here in the Lone Star State.
Harley has a deep desire to help others by listening to their personal experiences and meeting individuals where they are in their journey with food, body, and movement. With compassion and empathy, she utilizes an individualized approach grounded in evidence-based principles to support people of all ages. By partnering closely with each client, Harley becomes an integral member of their support team and a strong advocate throughout their care.
Harley’s warm, down-to-earth presence helps clients quickly feel safe, at ease, and able to trust the therapeutic process. Known for her “camp-counselor energy,” she creates sessions that are welcoming, engaging, and genuinely supportive. Harley has a natural gift for connecting with littles, adolescents, teens, and families—especially teens, which is why she has earned the playful reputation as the “TLB teen whisperer.” Her flexible, developmentally attuned counseling style allows her to meet clients exactly where they are, supporting growth in confidence, self-trust, and lasting change across all stages of development.
Having personally experienced an eating disorder in high school, Harley is passionate about helping others find peace with food and build body trust. She believes everyone deserves someone in their corner to support them through the highs and lows of recovery while encouraging them every step of the way. Harley’s faith has played an important role in her own recovery journey, and if desired by the client, she is happy to incorporate faith-based principles into sessions.
In her free time, Harley enjoys exploring new restaurants, walking around Lady Bird Lake, and spending time in community with friends and family. At any point in the day, you can likely find her sending voice memos to friends, listening to a podcast, or scrolling Facebook Marketplace.
Harley is a registered and licensed dietitian in the state of Texas and provides both in-person sessions at the Central Austin and Dripping Springs offices, as well as telehealth appointments.
