Adult Recovery Support Group with Sarah

When: Every Monday at 12pm - 1pm CST
Where: This group is held virtually via Google Meet
Cost: $50 per group or use your insurance! We also have equity pricing available.

What to Expect: Our recovery support group offers a safe, supportive space for individuals working to heal their relationship with food and body. In a non-judgmental, inclusive environment, participants come together to share experiences, challenges, and progress along their recovery journey.

Each session offers space for open discussion, emotional support, and guidance around topics like body image, coping skills, navigating triggers, and building trust in your body. The group is rooted in principles of food and weight-neutral care, self-compassion, and body respect.

Whether you're in the early stages of recovery or further along, this group is here to help you feel connected, understood, and empowered — without judgment or pressure. Recovery looks different for everyone, and you don’t have to do it alone.

Adult ARFID Support Group with Marcie

When: Every Thursday at 12:15pm - 1:15pm CST
Where: This group is held virtually
Cost: $50 per group or use your insurance! We also have equity pricing available.

What to Expect: This group offers a safe, supportive space for individuals navigating the unique challenges of Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been working through ARFID for some time, this group is designed to meet you where you are with compassion, understanding, and community.

Each session provides an opportunity to process experiences, explore emotions, and connect with others who truly understand what it’s like to live with ARFID. You’ll find a welcoming environment where your thoughts, struggles, and successes are honored without pressure or judgment. Group conversations may include topics such as navigating medical and social situations, understanding sensory sensitivities, managing anxiety around food, and building confidence in your recovery journey.

The group is open and flexible—there’s no expectation to share unless you feel comfortable. Whether you want to actively participate or simply listen and absorb support, you are welcome here.

Our goal is to foster empowerment, self-compassion, and connection through shared experience. You don’t have to face ARFID alone—this group is here to walk alongside you in a way that feels safe and supportive.

Teen and Young Adult ARFID Support with Marcie

When: Every Saturday at 10am - 11am CST
Where: This group is held virtually
Cost: $50 per group or use your insurance! We also have equity pricing available.

What to Expect: This group is a safe, supportive space for teens navigating the challenges of Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). Living with ARFID can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Here, you'll find encouragement, connection, and understanding from peers who truly get it.

Each session offers a chance to share experiences, explore helpful coping strategies, and build confidence—all in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment. Together, we’ll focus on self-acceptance, emotional support, and learning how to move through the tough moments.

Join us to connect, grow, and support one another as you work toward a more peaceful relationship with food and your body.

Food and Body Support Circle with Anamarie

When: Every other Wednesday at 5:30pm - 6:30pm CST
Where: This group is held virtually via Google Meet
Cost: $50 per group or use your insurance! We also have equity pricing available.

What to Expect: This support group, led by a dietitian, offers a safe and inclusive space to explore the challenges of food and body image while living in a world shaped by stigma. Individuals of all gender and sexual identities are invited to share and reflect on their personal experiences, not only through conversation but also by using creative outlets like doodling, drawing, or other forms of expression. The group fosters a supportive environment for self-discovery, empowerment, and healing, encouraging participants to engage with their authentic selves beyond words.

  • No - unfortunately, all groups are paid based on the group rate and will not be subject to a refund. 

  • Yes - if you are needing equity pricing, please reach out directly to Tina at TLBNutritionTherapy@gmail.com.

  • If you miss a group, then you can attend your next scheduled group. If the group is an education group, you may receive handouts, discussion topics and ‘homework’. There are no refunds for a missed group.

  • No. To ensure that all groups are HIPAA compliant, we do not record any groups.

  • Possibly! If you are wanting to use your insurance and we are in network with your policy, we will call to check benefits to see what your coverage is for the support group.
