Brook Livecchi, RD, LD (she/her)
Brook has extensive experience working with adolescents and pediatric patients navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. She works closely with children, adolescents, teens, and their families to support eating disorder recovery while helping clients reconnect with hunger and fullness cues, rebuild trust with food, and move away from chronic dieting and food rules. Her approach integrates weight-neutral care, intuitive eating principles, and trauma-informed nutrition support.
Brook also works exceptionally well with individuals experiencing ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), sensory-related feeding challenges, and other selective eating patterns. She brings patience, curiosity, and creativity to these situations, helping clients and families navigate sensory preferences, expand food variety at a comfortable pace, and reduce stress around meals. While she has particular strength in supporting ARFID and sensory-based feeding concerns, Brook works with individuals across the spectrum of eating disorders and disordered eating.
Through her work, Brook has seen how empowering knowledge can be in helping individuals regain their voice and advocate for their needs in a world that often places pressure on body image and appearance.
Brook understands that relationships with food are often shaped by life experiences, family dynamics, culture, and broader societal messages about bodies. She works collaboratively with clients and families to gently untangle these influences, creating space for deeper self-understanding and a more peaceful relationship with food and body.
Brook is especially passionate about working with adolescents who want to better understand what is happening in their bodies, build knowledge and self-trust, and move toward greater autonomy in their relationship with food, body image, and overall well-being.
Outside of work, Brook enjoys spending time outdoors. You can often find her camping, hiking, gardening, or taking her cat, Timmy, out for walks in his stroller.
